Mike Allen

Mike Allen – Coach Mike comes with a tremendous amount of experience in coaching basketball. He is the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at De Anza College. Travels and trains players at every level from middle school to professionally. His passion for developing players goes above and beyond basketball. Players that train under Mike’s leadership have to be serious and committed to trusting the process while understanding that you have to put in the work necessary to get to that next level.

  • Twenty-six years as basketball camp director, trainer, and basketball league director for Mike Allen Sports, US Sports Camps and Nike Basketball
  • Ten years as Director of Player Development and Basketball League Director in partnership with the Golden State Warriors/ Junior Warriors Youth Basketball/ Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA
  • Ten years as Director of Player Development/Head Coach of Ballin’ Ambassadors Travel Basketball Club (AAU & NCAA Certified Tournaments)
  • Seven years as a semi professional basketball player in Europe, Asia & Africa
  • Seven years as a Varsity Boys head coach at Gunderson High School
  • Six years as a Varsity Girls head coach at The King’s Academy
  • One year as women’s assistant basketball coach for semi-professional team the San Jose Spiders
  • One year as men’s assistant basketball coach for second division professional team MTK (Poland)
