Player Development Program
The Player Development Monthly Training Membership Program is where players can attend sessions once a week (1.5 hours) based on schedule availability. Designed to concentrate on the overall aspect of a players game. Individual 1:1 sessions are offered weekends but note some sessions are not available on major holidays.
Weeknight Sessions will begin with athletic performance (Vertimax training), followed by ball handling, shooting, Offensive/Defensive Attack Strategy & Scrimmaging.
Weekend Sessions are Shooting Machine, Strength & Conditioning ONLY. The goal for every player is to walk away stronger, faster, and improve their basketball IQ and skills.
1:1 Private Coaching (**Private Coaching sessions are in high demand and time slots are limited during basketball season.).
