My name is Rachel Davey and I play basketball at Emerson College in Boston. I attended Coach Allen’s summer class at De Anza college so I could continue to improve my skills in the off season. Coach Allen’s sessions were a mix of cardio/strength, skill, and straight scrimmaging. These sessions really helped me stay in shape for my college season while getting to workout with other players from my area. Although the classes were challenging and tiring, I always looked forward to them and felt my skill improving as the sessions went on. I am excited to go back this coming summer!
